Rapid and effective service and inexpensive remedy to the situation. Can not think about what it would have expense in France if I had had to take my telephone in to a shop to be fixed. Or the length of time I would have had to wait. Especially pleased!
My Blackberry trackball refused to move up at all. I believed that I had fairly tiny to lose trying this replacement, but my expectations had been not high. Having said that, this replacement functions perfectly and has a good feel to it. Replacement not effortless for the non-technical like me, but I managed fine applying video instructions that I identified on You Tube. Pretty pleased.
