I wish I would have read the BlackBerry blogs before acquiring this telephone. It was fine when I initial purchased it, but due to the fact software program upgrades, the phone has deteriorated to the point that I am replacing it. The space bar areas periods whenever and wherever and key touches duplicate and triplicate entries when texting and emailing. I restored the phone to factory settings and altered the input settings - nothing helped.I contacted RIM and they are not interested in helping needless to say, my replacement will not be a BlackBerry - now or ever. For over $400 you'd assume RIM would care. Plus, the telephone was sold devoid of a warranty. All about it was a terrible purchase. Read the blogs just before you order this phone - actually any phone. This dilemma is the norm for this phone and it is quite disappointing that RIM hasn't identified a resolution.
