Awesome item. Surely greater Excellent than the Version with No warranty. I've had this version for a even though now and considering that I travel a lot I necessary a telephone that is unlocked and and this phone functions everywhere (Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Germany, and so on.) The version that is with NO Warranty came in a more affordable high quality but this version is 100% superb (remarkable Job from Rim-Blackberry)

I received the BlackBerry in its package, lacking user directions and CD for configuration.
The vendor committed to send it by courrier but never arrived.
When I took out screen protector, I found out that the screen was damaged in the corners.
I assume that this item wasn't new.
I communicated this issue to the vendor, but by no means received an answer in return.
I Don't Advise THIS VENDOR.
