Nowhere on this item description it says that this item is NEW, yet they make you believe it is. Do not be fooled this cell phone is not new. It looks different from the original official white blackberry phone.. this phone came with black headsets and black case, when the white phone generally comes with a white case. Also, there are components of the phone that look like they're not new, like the screen. Also, there was music and apps installed on the telephone, as well. Do not be fooled.
You would think that a white telephone picture suggests a white phone! I ordered just on time to get the phone and travel with it as a gift and I received a Black telephone instead I want my white telephone! Who knows how extended is gonna take to exchange it!
